Well, I don't consider myself to be an exhibitionist narcissist. Which is perhaps why 
I haven't actually put anything extremely personal up there. Except for the poem. 

I haven't put anything else up because I don't want to do a diary. I don't want to 
share my most intimate thoughts with the world. 

What excites me more is the idea of blog as APA (Amateur press association) online, or 
of collaboration between a group of people who use it as sort of an online published 
conversation. I know this may not make much sense to those of you who have never seen 
an APA. If you'd like I can go into that.

What I do find is that somehow I find it easier to write with the idea of an instant 
audience (i.e. that others will be reading it online) and I have not written anything 
other than Fusion Authority news releases or articles for years. If this will help me 
get me started writing again, it's worth it.

I totally agree with you on webcams, though.
