No, a few years ago Sun was wanting Windows to either ship with Sun's JVM or
take the JVM out all together. MS called their bluff and decided to take the
JVM out all together. Sun wet their pants and started suing some more to get
it back.

I don't like Sun. I would feel better about java if it weren't for them
having control of it. Better watch out, if developers start dropping Java,
Sun might feel obliged to sue, forcing them into using it again. It wouldn't
be far off from what they're currently trying to pull :)
