you know i never used to think about those things, and then i watched independence day and was picking it apart. i got pissed, because I used to just love to watch the movie with my son for the explosions, and aliens and crap...and then i was like, how could they do that? where did that come from? it totally destroyed my appreciation for the fun aspect of the movie.
