Are you speaking of the g4 networks?

Such as AT&T etc...

We just got a few of their pocket PCs here with windows CE and I know
servers have been rebooted and decent sessions held for remote admin a
few times. These devices have some kind of mini version of Terminal
Server I think.

I don't think it's too bad. Problem is, I don't think the speed is all
that so you will see latency etc.

Not sure if this help, or is even what you are referring to,
