right, and by extension *I* get to keep *my* artwork. and my wife gets to keep the copyright on books she's writing (and my artwork for it). And the owners of copyright everywhere continue to have the right to sue the crap out of people who steal it (or at least try to).
:-) my question in this situation is, why does the copyright on Mickey Mouse, or anything else, need to run out?
