ANd she sounds like she's not looking for a mature relationship either.

Could mean that she may realise you're in for something serious, and she
still wants to flirt around.
And she may 'grow up' and be ready for a relationship where the guy
treats her very well, but that's really not your problem.
Do you know anything about her past?
The friendship may be worth it..but not if you will continue to have
feelings for this girl,
as in 'secretly' wanting more than just friends.
You could try your own 'speech', about liking her too much to be just
friends and thus having to end the friendship etc. and see what happens
;-)
