We have the Lexmark PrinTrio X75 multi-function.  It does not have an
external fax option but rather uses a software tool for that solution.  In
my experience it might not be the best option if you're going to be doing a
ton of printing and copying.  The ink cartridges in it are too small to
really support a large workload.

It is a nice little multifunction tool for the home, but it requires a PC to
be connected and running for the copy and faxing features to work.  Overall
I've been satisfied with it because it had a $99 price tag on it when I
bought it and aside from the short lifespan of the ink cartridges (we're on
our third black cartridge and second color one from having the printer since
about September of last year) it's a decent low-end solution.

For business use I would suggest looking at the laser multi-functions.
While more expensive the cost and lifespan of the consumables will
ultimately make them a better bang for your buck.

YMMV, but that's my two cents.

Regards!
