You may be correct about the injustices and evils that the catholic
church has wrought on the world over time, as have many ruling political
institutions.
However, do you see any need at all for organised religion of any form
in the world today?
Where did your notion of 'morality', right and wrong, and a basis for
the system of ethics by which you now live in western society,
ultimately come from?

I took my first communion and confirmation. The only reason they got to
me
then was because I was young and inexperienced.
Funny what I remember is that pagan Ireland kept history and
civilization
alive when the catholic church plunged Europe into the dark ages.
Again,
where are you getting your facts from?
Open a book. Open your mind.
