Most people that do comparisons of CF to other free languages (.NET, PHP) tend to leave that part out.. CF is the fastest development language there is.. Not to mention that while it costs money it beings many different tools (VERITY,CHARTING,ETC) built in so no additional costs will be incurred by that company and yes... things do get done faster.. which means less expense for the company in the end.. Therefore buying the server should be NO big deal.
