have it down to two options.
1. Have the client hire an attorney versed in these situations and have him/her
pursue the required legal options. (probably expensive as well as extremely
time-consuming) In the best-case scenario, one contract with a threat of a
lawsuit, may make them come around.
2. Register a new domain (example nhsaab.net [ available as of today ]) and
abandon the old domain and go on from there.
Discuss this thoroughly with the client and allow them all the input into the
decision that they wish.
At least you will convince them of your value in looking after their interests

I have a client that owns a couple of domains that I need to get
transferred
to a new registrar. The problem is that I haven't been able to get a
response from the guy who is listed as the tech contact. Is there away

get the registrars name so I can send them a letter starting the fax
process
and get these switched over?
