Well, it seems that the A.D.D. may have been caused by too much TV as a kid.

So we know who's fault it really is, don't we.

Of course not, it's the ultra violent video games the guy played as a kid
while he was medicated with A.D.D. so his parents could attend therapy for
their rough childhoods growing up in the richest country in the world who
went to the school that used to be called George Washington elementary, but

Hypothetical:

Let's say someone has a tiger in a cage. That person doesn't feed it and
pokes and prods the tiger constantly, driving it crazy. Then that person
opens the cage door. The tiger gets out and kills a bunch of people.

Is the tiger to blame?
