They want to sign a contract that you willonly work with them which is a problem.

I have been speaking to this company via email for about a week now and they are one of the only companies that I have come across that will not discuss the position that they have available, beyond the very generic job description, until I come into the office and sign an NDA with their company. I was hoping there might be someone on this list who has worked with this company before in the Los Angeles area who can confirm that they are a good company to work with or, more importantly, that they are not.
