What do you mean by account holders? Your web relays are coming from only 1, or a few, CF servers, right? Just configure IMail to Relay for Addresses (Imail console > localhost > services > smtp > smtp security), and make sure the CF servers' IP numbers are listed there. Also, make sure you UNcheck the "Disable SMTP Vrfy" and "Disable SMTP Auth Reporting" options on that same admin screen. If you make changes, stop and restart the SMTP service. Anyone not coming in from a trusted IP will have to use SMTP Authentication.
