Remember how I said "one last question"? Well, not really. Here's another before I walk back to the server room and start changing things. IMail provides a box to input the IP address of the CF Server (from which email will not require authentication), and also provides a box for a subnet mask. I've only used subnet mask as part of a server's internal configuration when setting up Windows NT. Not sure how to calculate one for this situation. Can I use an ordinary subnet mask calculator? Our CF server is only available via the internal network in this building or to the outside world via password-protected Web site, but the mail server is a public machine detached from the network, in case that's important. The two servers only "see" each other via the Internet.

Nope. In IMail, "Relay for Addresses" and "No Mail Relay" are exactly the same, with the exception that the former allows trusted IPs to relay w/o SMTP Authentication. ______________________________________________________________________ The KCFusion.org list and website is hosted by Humankind Systems, Inc.
