I meant users, employees, whatever you want to call them. And yes this
CFMAIL problem I have only concerns one CF server. You make it sound so
easy, I only have one last question. Since we set up the server as "No Mail
Relay" and forced everyone to go into Outlook and check the box for server
authentication, will they have to change Outlook again after this suggested
alteration in IMail config? I don't want hundreds of irritated people out
there who know my phone number.

What do you mean by account holders? Your web relays are coming from only
1, or a few, CF servers, right? Just configure IMail to Relay for
Addresses (Imail console > localhost > services > smtp > smtp security),
and make sure the CF servers' IP numbers are listed there. Also, make sure
you UNcheck the "Disable SMTP Vrfy" and "Disable SMTP Auth Reporting"
options on that same admin screen. If you make changes, stop and restart
the SMTP service. Anyone not coming in from a trusted IP will have to use
SMTP Authentication. CFMAIL will work fine.
