You only brought this up with us a few days ago and are just now answering our requests for more information. Just to be clear about this, Adobe CF support is on this mailing list and works for free on this mailing list. And if you are willing to pay for support, you will get it from Adobe. You can't imagine how many hotfixes and patches have been due to my company's support contract. It sounds like you didn't leave any time in your timeline to handle any issues with the clustering and you are faulting Adobe for your last minute server work and failure to plan for machine problems.
