I have been spending so many hours to find out why CF9 server does not connect to smtp server IIS 7 on localhost development environment. Disabled my firewall, but I have Microsoft System Central Endpoint protection enabled. I tried telnet to 127.0.0.1 25 and it did not work either. Port cannot be find. Does anybody know what is going on with IIS 7.5 on windows 7. IIS 6 on Windows XP and CF8 was working just perfect.
