That's just about where I find myself.
The CF I can handle, if it's not too advanced,
but I need beginner's ActionScript, but not AS
that's non-CF applicable, if you know what I mean.

I don't even care if the CF is for beginners, too,
as long as the AS is carefully explained, babystep-by-babystep,
in conjunction with creating a CF app.

I don't want to have to start with a 500-page book that
explains AS top-to-bottom, then try to pick out what's most
applicable to a CF app.  I want to learn as I go...but have enough
to build basic apps to start with.

This can't be too much to ask for...

This is probably a result of hearing different things from people who are
primarily CF developers or primarily Flash developers and therefore, the
Flash folks are apt to think the ActionScript is "too beginner to be
usefull" and the CF developers are apt to think it's too complex and not
well enough explained...
