A supplier of services has claimed that the reason they didn't meet a deadline on Sunday 13 July was because there was a severe hurricane in Houston TX and damaged their datacenter, so they didn't have access to their server equipment for two days. Can anyone verify (or otherwise) that there was a hurricane in the Houston area that day please?
