Yes, NetMechanic does this. However, these are costs we'd have to pass off to the customer (both the third party fees and our time). In reality, most customers only care that the site looks good on their computer. We try to ensure that the site looks good on the vast majority of the computers on the Internet. We try and design the site so as not to preclude other browser/OS combinations. However, most customers do not care to pay us to test on the others. Benjamin S.
