nobody outside of Macromedia can discuss the underlying codebase when it comes 
to new features.  We can answer general questions regarding features that MM 
employees have publicly talked about.  So, yes, Flash forms are there.  As you 
could guess for yourself, Flash Remoting is still a part of the product (for 
backwards compatibility it wouldn't make any sense to remove it now).  Whether 
or not the two can interact or have anything to do with one another is a 
question that I can't answer, nor can anyone else other than Macromedia 
employees.  Sorry, but you'll just have to grab a copy as soon as it is 
publicly released (or hope someone from Macromedia responds to your post and is 
able to divulge this information).
