I've got a couple of small sites (~1000 sessions/day) on their CF Builder+ plan (which they recently more-or-less doubled the specs of at no cost). Been very happy with them. Had one or two problems with their control panel admin interface but when I submit a support ticket everything gets dealt with very quickly.
