John, I get the same thing occasionally. Its rare, but sometimes I get "User is undefined in SESSION". It will happen on a user-by-user basis, meaning, the rest of the users are fine. Just one person gets messed up.
I have not been able to debug it as it happens so infrequently that I can't narrow it down. .......................
