Hey Michael, I have seen that article before and I should start using that technique for search engine stuff. The only thing my Marketing guy probably won't like about it is that you're still putting 'someFileName.cfm' in there. Because our product codes are actually only two letters he wants it like this (and here is a real example ya'll can go to).
