As long as you drop it into its own directory, it's not a problem. I have lots of clients that run it this way. I certainly don't expect everyone to run out and recode their sites into Fusebox! For an example, see www.usdaa.com. Everything on this site was done prior to adding CFWebstore to handle the store.
