I maintain the CF open-source list which has a number of open source CF CMS systems. It really depends on the scale you are looking to implement. FarCry has a learning curve but is a great solution for an enterprise level CMS (despite the flames you'll catch on this list). However there are a number of other open-source CMS systems.
