There is also another thing to consider. It has only been 12 months, and 2 versions have been released. By the time you setup each version, run the required updates to V4 run the site for a few weeks make sure there are no problems. You can the upgrade to version 5, were we then need to go through the required process. The amount of time it takes to finish that process, and we are forced to upgrade to V4 then V5. And the upgrade path is non existant from V3 to V5.
