I recently jumped back into CFGRID after not looking at it for a long time; what I was able to whip up in short order seems like a very good fit for what I'm working on.
One thing I wasn't able to figure out (or even know if it's possible)...is there a way to provide an object in memory to the bind attribute instead of a path to a CFC? Almost all of our CFCs require other objects be tucked in using dependency injection before they'll do their thing, which means simply providing a path isn't an option for me unless I create a separate, non-conforming CFC to do my work. Is this an option, am I missing something really simple, or am I chasing a pot of gold here? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;207172674;29440083;f Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-talk/message.cfm/messageid:317555 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-talk/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.4
