Never tried it with ColdFusion / cfprint, but I got it working with LiveCycle and their equivalent of cfexecute. In essence it is just a command line print with the PDF printer driver configured to never ask questions and always print to the same folder / file protected by a giant lock. First get it working from the command line, then try from CF. And don't worry if the process doesn't exit afterwards, subsequent print commands will just use the same process.
