LiveCycle ES is a suite of products. Buying it is kind of like buying a car - you can get package deals, and the price for the individual components or the packages can vary wildly depending on how close it is to the end of the quarter, etc. You really need to talk to an Adobe sales rep to get a price quote. I'm not aware of any other way to programmatically sign XFA forms besides using LiveCycle Digital Signatures ES, which is the module in question. You don't need to get all the other modules if you just need to sign forms.
