Which is exactly what I am trying to do here http://www.cfmldeveloper.com/page.cfm/coldfusion-vs-railo-1, sadly I am not getting much input from others so I am only able to update it base don my own experiences, but as I migrate apps between Cf/Railo I do take note of things I have to fix and I document them.
You will also find plenty of info/help on the Railo discussion list on this topic as well as the WIKI. I expect you can also ask such questions on this list also.
