Sure, but I don't think 'adding a config to a buildbot' requires an RFC, even if it will send emails folks aren't responsible for. We're unfortunately still a touch behind my requirements for an RFC for this (I've been saying: Self-build works, Single source, and Multi Source works, and currently only MS fully works).
