If the 'hub were to support a "standard" RESTish API, say based on Atom, then acess to many other tools becomes possible.
I have _no idea_ how the Chandler data model might map onto the Atom API. Not that it couldn't, i've just never looked into how that might work. I know there was some talk about work being done to the 'hub to support a more friendly web/RESTish API. I don't know what the current state of that effort is. In face, without wanting to hijack this thread, i've not heard from any of the devs in quite some time...
