for some odd reason, the last few months i've been "off" fiction, though
some of my nonfiction reading would've been sort of list-appropriate ("the
field guide to north american hauntings," "unleashed: of poltergeists &
murder," "adventures in time: encounters with the past"). buckled down last
week, though, & read the just-acquired "tales out of innsmouth" anthology,
which was brimming with excellent stories. it's high time i went back & read
hpl's original.
