Barry,

Thats basically all you can do with some of these poorly ran businesses. Just let them 
know its a word of mouth business world out there and that you will let others know of 
your experience. As far as finding good window trim it is still out there. As 
mentioned in my previous response I was able to find really good quality from a near 
by Salvage and an individual in Tennessee. Have a good upcoming weekend.
