I have never tried one of them but what about a Demon carb ?Is'nt that like a "perfect" holley ??     I have heard great things about Demon carbs, but is the expense really worth it?  Is it as "bolt on ready" as the Edelbrock?  For all of the Edelbrock people out there, which one would give me the best all around performance out of my 396 (which cfm??)  What does cfm stand for anyway?   thanks, Lojac
