I save the emails that have "how to" instructions and other good "intel"
so I'm inclined to read them all just to add to my education. So, if I
may make a suggestion regarding email content: It's usually best not to
say anything in an email that you would not say to a man's face. If you
think someone might be justified in taking a swing at you for your
comment, don't say it. For some strange reason, it's alot easier to vent
frustration with an email than it is to apologize with one.
