Question - An original Harrison radiator that for a 396 Chevelle did it have the filler in the center or on the left hand side (drivers side)? My filler is on the left hand side and in the center WAS the finger tip guard that I've been looking all over for. I called a radiator shop today regarding getting my Harrison re-cored and he said what I have is from a Pontiac GTO and Chevelle's only had the filler in the center. I have seen some meticulous '66 Chevelle restorations and their Harrisons are left hand filler. Can anyone confirm?
