Just one thing, I don’t know if I explained well, did you take the
measurement at the edge between where the front molding ends and where
the rear molding begins or did you start at the rear molding edge going
straight forward ??

The wheel center is appx 13 7/8" from the front--I.E. the wheel is
forward 
of the centerline of the opening.
