[Chevelle-list] Need computer help

One of my favorite forums underwent some server upgrades. Now,I cannot access the site without my computer locking up completely. I was able to access the site on a friend's system so I know the site is up & running. Do I need to refresh/delete my system cache? If so,how do I do that?
