Keith, according to tests done by Chevy High Performance, the heads are so
efficient that the larger valves do not increase flow enough to warrant the
work. I have forgotten which month it was in, but I will look for it.

Planning out the small block for my '68 Malibu. I want to build a 383, and
use Vortec heads. Everyone says that you can put 2.02 valves in these
heads, but I haven't been able to find any hard numbers on flow or HP
gains. Any ideas out there? Is it worth the time and money?
