Hi Raven, No All I know is that she was picked up as a stray, & in the shelter since 2-19-11. She gets a second chance!! She wouldn't be with me if I hadn't gone there to help the rescue pull the Papillon. I saw her and called and gave the rescue her ID# and they made the arrangements to pull the Chihuahua...All I could think about was if it had been one of mine in that situation, I would want someone to rescue my baby. I keep looking online to see if anyone has posted her, but nothing yet? She is a year or less. But i would think if someone lost her they would have checked the shelters with in the 2 plus weeks she was there.
