No, I haven’t. My allergies had my respiratory system so bad in California
that the doctors told me that if I didn’t move that I would be on oxygen and a
respirator within a year.

That said, honey may work…and I may try that. But, right now I already am
feeling some respiratory issues. So, I haven’t been taking my meds for almost
three years and can’t just start back up with no doctor prescribing. The
asthmatic issues need to be addressed and at that point, due to my history, the
allergy tests might be prescribed and allergy serum injected to ward off the
particular allergens so that no further damage to my lungs can result. As I
said, I need to find an allergist in a fairly new place and I don’t know who is
who in allergies. But, if honey can help then that would help me as long as
the respiratory issues don’t start up again. How much do you take a day? I
have the bees visiting the bottle brush trees, perhaps I can find their hive
and eat the honey…LOL

Have you ever tried using local honey?

That's always helped me with my seasonal allergies. The key is trying to find
honey from within a 3-5 miles radius. The close to the source, the better.
