Last info I heard was that it was roughly 1/3 subnetting, 1/3 STP and 1/3 broad overview of everything else. The BSCI on the otherhand was 50% EIGRP (which annoys me to no ends) 25% OSPF/RIP/BGP/fleeting swipe at IS-IS, and 25% misc other things like subnetting and IPv6. Ie, if you don't study EIGRP thinking that there couldn't possibly be many EIGRP questions on a modern test you'd end up flunking.
