A major concern here is the  issue of splitting out of several T-1's for
voice, as stated within the presentation.  AFIK, this can only be done with
a third party device.

I gave particulars in my earlier response.

3600's support T3.......heck, 3600's support 155Mbps ATM......(i *know*
you won't get that speed out of them, but its supported as far as an
interface).  A 3600 can have up to 3 DS3 interfaces in it.
