These work out great because you can get right down the the base where pin is attached . Any attempts by grabbing the pins on the end ( way from the board) usually results in pin removal as you have now a great little lever when you try to pull it up. the trick is to try and pull it up to vertical at the same angle it was bent at .. Slowly..
