The point remains the same. You don't need a cisco dsl router to learn cisco
routers. That would be more expensive and less desirable than 2 real cisco
routers. Just make sure that both routers you get have at least 1 serial
interface and 1 ethernet port. A T1 WIC in one of your serials would be
ideal. Then you can also learn the CSU/DSU commands on the cisco as well,
and a T1 crossover cable can easily be made to connect the 2 routers.
