I agree with jenny.  The user busy in the q931 makes me want to see the 931
at the recieve end as well as the sh isdn sta.  I think the site 2 end has
some line /layer 1 problems.  Also, I will sometimes  do a dial bri 0
111-1111  to my cell phone and see if it rings .  that will give me a layer
1/2 warm fuzzy.
