First you must have enough FLASH memory to host multiple IOS images, or
you'll only be able to serve the image you are running on that particular
router.

#conf t
TFTP-Server FLASH <IOS image file name residing in FLASH>

There is some goof with partitions & VIP's (depending on the router), but
this is the core command...
