It explains that in the router's configuration shown below, "if the network 
203.250.0.0 0.0.255.255 area 0.0.0.0 statement was put before the network 
203.250.13.41 0.0.0.0 area 1 statement, all of the interfaces would be in 
area 0, which is incorrect because the loopback is in area 1."

router ospf 10
   network 203.250.13.1 0.0.0.0 area 1
   network 203.250.0.0 0.0.255.255 area 0.0.0.0


I don't get it. Can somebody please explain. Thanks
